IPA
RUTHELESSELY DELICIOUS
A well-rounded, Highly drinkable India Pale Ale. A bit of Caramel Malt barley provides the richness that mellows out the twang of the hops, including Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and a splash of honorary “C” hop, Simcoe. Best enjoyed from mustache.

STYLE
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries of Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 miles or so of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentoid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird.
IPA has loads of “C” Hops balanced on a bed of fine English Crystal, Caramel & Munich Malts. Designed to pair well with food and pretty much everything else!
BEVERAGE SPECS
ABV
6.2%
Beer math on ABV is pretty straightforward. The higher the ABV, the more alcohol in the beer. See, no rocket science necessary.
IBU
51
Generally speaking, a high IBU beer will have a more bitter taste than a lower IBU beer.
ABV
1.059
The OG measures solids in the wort before fermentation to consistently arrive at the same alcohol content of a beer. Pretty neat, huh?

"C" HOPS
The use of old school “C” hops like Cascade Centennial & Chinook brings a touch of citrus flavor in IPA that is both bright and deep
PINE-INESS
The pine aromas (all from the hops) balance out the more dominating citrus & caramel notes, makin’ you crave another sip.
CARAMEL MALTS
IPA is chock-full of caramel malted barley that brings a special depth of flavor to the beer. While lots of other malts bring biscuity flavors, this brings tastes of caramelized sugar as well as a beautiful orange hue.

BEER 101: DOUBLE IPA
DIPA. An innocuous looking acronym (or maybe not so innocuous if you don’t like acronyms…). However, DIPA, or Double IPA, might cause some confusion. Do we literally mean double of an IPA? What the heck even is an IPA? How do we double it?

SUPER CLUSTER
This out-of-this-world Mega IPA is a galactic blast from the glass, a Citra supernova in the sky, jettisoning lupulin lusciousness through the cosmos and across the universe of your palate. Enter its bitter orbit and we’ll all float on, okay?
MAXIMUS
Maximus is our Colossal take on a Double IPA. 9% ABV. Full of Simcoe and Cascade hops balanced against tons of rich malted barley—a bed of smooth malted wheat, biscuity Munich malt, and English Crystal. Maximus’ massive dry-hop bill entertains with spice, floral and berry notes … For the hop heads!
A LITTLE SUMPIN’ SUMPIN’
With a certain thing we call a nice wheatly-esque-ish-ness, A Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ is a truly unique style. Featuring a strong hop finish on a silky body, it’s a hoppy pale wheat ale that is great for IPA fans, but so smooth that hefeweizen fans dig it, too.
